Sadly, I think you're right. The mushiness and lack of understanding is amazingly widespread accross this great land.

In the face of this.......we won't forget, we won't give up. To do so would let the mush heads win.

I spent a few days with Iraq War vets a few weeks ago, and they were telling me about how the children there loved them so. Said they gave the kids all the candy they would get.

Yes, there is a lot of mushiness in this country, too many people who comment on the War and don't have a clue.

Yesterday I went and had a haircut and the hairdresser (about the third time this has happened) started telling me she wouldn't let her son go to Iraq. I reminded her we were attacked on American soil, 3,000 people killed here on 9/11. Another hairdresser was listening, her boyfriend just returned from Iraq. We both told the goofy one that SOMEBODY'S SON is over there fighting terrorists, so we don't have to fight them on American soil.

She still didn't get it.
