Me thinks so too. Check out the C-SPAN listing of the Harris/Russert debate replay. The D-SPAM website techie laughed when he saw it. Beyond the chuckle, he couldn't explain the listing. It would have been more appropriate if they had listed Russert/Harris. Nelson was barely present for the occasion--he was seriously Lost In Space. It appears to be a medical condition some of us experienced caregivers would label dementia. Every once in awhile, Nelson would ask to be included in the debate. Other times, he said he didn't know what was being addressed.
