I heard that ad yesterday and the guy speaking said that he was her brother (younger) and she had been kind enough to allow him to stay in her Lake of the Ozarks Condo (which is pretty palatial)on the condition that he pay all of the bills. He then stated that he did not pay those taxes and only told his sweet sister when it was apparent that foreclosure would take her condo away!

That does not allow HER out of HER obligation but last minute whining by younger brother may just sway some wimps.

I don't think so in Missouri. It is the show me state. And every property owner there knows the county sends a notice to the PROPERTY OWNER every year. She has no excuse. This is a lie and most people are smart enough to know it.
