If it is, he should not be fired.
Except for one thing, petronski...a business has a right to make personnel decisions for the health of the company. I'm not saying it's right to have fired him over this (the company should have exhibited greater intestinal fortitude, imo).
I hate political correctness. The FOUNDERS would have hated political correctness.
