That is one whale of a lot of fugitives. Will they all be processed and imprisioned or get lost in the shuffle? Do we have the penal facilities to hold them? Amazing.
They'll be put into prisons and then we'll be told there's no room to hold illegals so we'll have to let the illegals go.
