They are going to live in the desert wrapped in plastic waiting for the day when they may be needed again. They join about 50 B-1B's and hundreds of other aircraft. Also, since the F-117 was built with many parts from other planes (the landing gear is F-16 as i recall) the older ones will become parts supplies.
