I'd love to give Japan, Taiwan, and Israel some of our old nuclear missile subs that are mothballed, too. Those countries could use a good second-strike capability.

We don't have any mothballed SSBN's anymore. All have been scrapped except for two that were converted for using in training. All of our Ohio class are still in service with the first four of the class being converted to SSGN's.
