That's no solier BG, that's an Airman. One of my boys. Proud of that I am. :)

When airmen wear those earth-tone fatigues...they are camo'ed to
many of us civilians!

Some of us grew up in the age when airmen were in some sort of blue.

But it's all good...if it keeps us confused, no telling how it
plays with the heads of the terrorists/enemy.

So did I. Although we did wear green fatigues, same as the Army did then, but Army switched to BDUs before Air Force. Up until about '73 or so, all the services had some sort of Khaki uniform too. In the 50s and maybe earlier sixties they even had a uniform with shorts and a pith helmet.

Now the services are going to separate utility/work uniforms. The Air Force's will be shades of blue, tan, and gray, the Army's ACU is shades of green, the Marines is greens and browns.
