For what it's worth, I am a regular Levin listener now also. The local station in Las Vegas runs the complete Levin show (actually 3 hours, they repeat the first hour) right after Savage! I'm a Savagaholic but am also becoming a Levin fan, also.

If he is lying about the facts, I would say desperate.
If he is telling the truth, then, he is just going for the gut.
Would you have him just throw up his hands in defeat before the election, and not air any ads?
He is giving it his best shot, informing the public of the truth about his opponent.
Desperate is Claire McCaskell saying Jim Talent gave companies tax-breaks, and then those exact same companies went and outsourced all their jobs 2 seconds after they got the money.

And this presents a problem with a strong, but not yet dominant, Freeper mindset. In other words, it presents a false choice. I'd support neither of your options, and I'd rather he run compelling, convincing, and credible ads that make the case that voting for Santorum is good, and voting for Casey is bad.
My main problem with this as is that I don't think it is compelling, convincing, or credible. It makes Santorum look desperate and bad, not Casey.
Now I may be wrong and the ad may kick ass and win many converts. I just don't see it.

I think it's pretty obvious that most of the democrats and the media WANT us to lose the war in Iraq, and support the terrorists in one way or another to make that happen.
If you believe that you are delusional. Unless you think "lose" means "do anything except exactly what George W. Bush says we should do."
