And if I didn't know better...your excerpted quotes pertaining to France....could easily be interpreted to be quotes pertaining to any inner city urban area here in the United States. Also, those areas in the south where there are now language barriers from the influx of illegals; will be increasingly adding to this same type of situation here in the U.S. as well.
