Am I the only one troubled by this excuse? We have a sitting Senator taking cheap shots at a president's handling of a war. Whatever happened to an America that closed ranks when facing a foreign enemy instead of making the president fight a war on two fronts?

No,I'm troubled by it also. I have no idea why he should get a pass simple because it was meant to slam the presidejnt. If that is the case, he owes the president an apology. Then,he needs to lose his job.
