This is getting very close to Revelation Ch.13 vs 16-17 which states that no one will be allowed to buy or sell unless they carry the mark of The Beast on their right hand and forehead. By the way, all barcodes carry the number 6 at either end and in the middle!

On one hand, it does sound like a good idea for these patients. But on the other hand, any time the government has anything to do with a chip, scares the hell out of me!
