Some viewers comments:

No doubt if B'liar's governemnt has it's way , we all will be before too long. If only to keep tabs on where everyone is 24/7 and tax them for every step they take!

- Stratford, Hants.

This is getting very close to Revelation Ch.13 vs 16-17 which states that no one will be allowed to buy or sell unless they carry the mark of The Beast on their right hand and forehead. By the way, all barcodes carry the number 6 at either end and in the middle!
I agree with Morton in Argentina

Human beings may be forced to be 'microchipped' like pet dogs,...

Never happen to me...as long as I own a .45ACP!

This is the first I've heard about three sixes in barcodes. Do you have a source for it?

 Go to http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/news/news.html?in_article_id=413345&in_page_id=1770

It's from a reader.  The third post down.

Personally, I never pay attention to bar codes.  Haven't learned how to read them.

Interesting about 666 and barcodes. There's some info at this link, grain of salt warranted.

I once had a guy tell me that Henry Kissenger's name spelled in Greek added up to 666.

On one hand, it does sound like a good idea for these patients.  But on the other hand, any time the government has anything to do with a chip, scares the hell out of me!

And thus, the reason for the tagline I've had for a few months now. The grassroots effort to fight Animal ID in the US is growing and Talent has introduced a bill to stop it.

Britons will be muslim in a decade, as will the future evolution of their technology...including their nuclear arsenal by the way.

I should've added......"but not at the hands of the gubmint".

Call it a private LoJack. I'm actually looking into a GPS locator for my wandering father.
