My uncle has a condition where his heart is withering away.
This time a year ago I was making early preperations for going to his funeral. He was admitted to Mass. General and his prognosis was not good.
This is a guy who was active his entire life. He would go from sun-up to well past sundown. After few weeks he defied the odds of dying in the hospital. They sent him home to get his affairs in order.
Today he gets around very well; he still cannot go full tilt, but whereas he was bedridden he now walks the dogs and does his normal household chores. The doctors are amazed at the level of functioning his heart has gotten back.
I tribute it to his stamina - he says it's due to the adult stem cells he's been receiving. Regardless, I'm impressed.
great, I'm glad he's doing better. there are nutritionals out there than also help with the ejection fraction:
Co Q-10 (coenzyme Q-10), L-taurine, hawthorne berry. I wish him well.
