On WOR radio in New York, Lionel and callers are claiming that Kerry's remark followed stuff about the President. Does anyone know what he said after the remark? Does anyone have a transcript?

Incidentally, while Kerry probably didn't say what his supposed prepared remarks indicated, his actual comments directly insult the troops - "you" will wind up in Iraq. Compare this to Trent Lott's remark about Strom Thurmond, which has to be interpreted to get to segregation and racism.

Oh please, he was trash-talking the troops, the war and the CIC, aiding, abetting and giving comfort to the enemy to college kids.

Dissing America is no laughing matter and the sign of an unserious and un-American party.
