John Kerry put on a pair of pants that belonged to a fellow Senator, and a republican at that, and took his bank account, and his wife. The pants were too big for him, the wife was too big for him, and the country saw that. He still doesn't.

“… If anyone thinks that a veteran, someone like me who’s been fighting my entire career...to help honor what their service is....they’re crazy."

Two words Lurch: "Genghis Khan".

The only one who's crazy here is John Effin' Kerry.

I'm thankful, tonight, that the Dems have somebody like Kerry to represent them so accurately. I hope he continues to have a lot of press conferences to speak his mind freely.

;-D

CNN has reported that David Wade, Kerry’s communications director (a challenging job as you can imagine) says what Kerry should’ve said was this: “I can't overstress the importance of a great education. Do you know where you end up if you don't study, if you aren't smart, if you're intellectually lazy? You end up getting us stuck in a war in Iraq.”

He would have deserved a b@tch-slap for this, too.

What do these cretinous traitors think they are? Their culture is only fit for a petri dish. They should be driven into the seas so they can be with the gelatinous slime from whence they came. Just pick a coast.

the White House knows this full well, was a botched joke about the president

I would be able to better understand if John Kerry would tell the unbotched version and let me decide for myself.

How is what he "should've said" any better than what he actually said? Figures...if that's his "communications" director speaking, they have a huge problem.

Maybe people would be more willing to believe that Kerry misfired a joke if it was not for his history of bashing active US military troops. Got Vietnam??

A botched attempt to become president preceeded this rancorus hissy fit.

There were drafted E-1's, in country, during Vietnam that served more time than this self-writing, award grabbing, bozo. In fact, if you served more than 121 days in Vietnam, you served more time there than this low-life.

This oxygen thief and spread the manure as thin as he can but those that have served know who he is. (And, that may be the reason for the sleeze and sludge he slings at military folks). All under the guise of politics.

What this ketchup married monkey needs to have is his gonads splintered by a bouncy betty.

Actually, Lurch wasn't born to money. His mother is a Forbes of course, but from the poor branch. His aunt paid his way through college.

His father prolly survived on his civil service pay which is why he (the father) took so many overseas assignments. Following WWII, the greenback was god, even our NCO's in the Army of Occupation (Germany) had maids and servants.

Notice all the photos such as him with John Kennedy. Everyone is in casual shorts and the like, but there is Lurch in a suit?

Can you imagine when he visited his cousins in France? (His cousin speaking to her mother in French: Mama!, do I have to be seen with Le cousin Horseface? I'd rather give up my virginity to a Bosch infantry Division!

Her mother replies, " Hush child, your grandmer and I have already done that! Now be nice and get him some apples or carrots)

If you are the type who has sleeping problems, MSNBC has an early am program titled MSNBC investigates. There are lots of murder for hire programs where the Teresas and Johns try to wipe each other out for monetary gain.

Kerry can't unring a bell. He can say he is sorry that he rang it, but he can't unring it!

If Kerry does not apologize tomorrow, the Senate leadership, democrat and republican, should ask for his resignation! Abraham Lincold would have had him hanged for less........

I believe it was a Freudian slip.

I disagree. He was at a campaign event for a Democrat. His audience were Dem community college kids, and he made the assumption that they all supported Moveon, ANSWER, Michael Moore and Air America - in other words he was speaking in normal Dem conversational terms.

Exactly. I had someone try to pull this on my earlier today. I've found the best way to address this it to just turn away and speak of them in the third-person:

"Here we have someone so wrapped up in ideology and a hatred for another ideology that they simply cannot admit to an obvious wrong. Had Bush ever made comments as ignorant and hateful as these, I would have roundly condemned and though a heck of a lot less of him."

Really, outside of attacking Bush, though, what other escape route is there? Kerry's comments are indefensible.

But this wasn’t a swiftboat operation. Instead, Kerry was struck by his own torpedo which circled back after he launched it to explode right in front of him.

Isn't this how Kerry got one of his Purple Hearts?
