Bush: We have one of the finest militaries ever. They deserve our respect and gratitude.
Yesterday my opponent in 2004 president race, Sen. Kerry was s peaking to a group in California. I want you to listen to what he said:
"You study hard. Do your homewlrk. You can do well. If you don't, you get stuck in Iraq."
The senator's suggestion that the men and women of our military are somehow not smart is insulting and shameful.
The members of the US military are plenty smart and they are plenty brave and the Sen. from Massachusettts owes them an apology.
Whatever party you're in in America, our troops deserve the full support of our government. And I don't have any doubt that Max Collins will stand strong fo rthe men and women who wear the uniform of the US.

Now if we could just get some of the Republican jellyfish in Congress to crawl out from under their desks, take their thumbs out of their mouths and GET BEHIND THE PRESIDENT FOR ONCE, maybe we can really jam it down the Dims' throats next Tuesday!
Kerry needs to APOLOGIZE for an absolutely OUTRAGEOUS insult to our men and women in uniform.
This INSULT rivals the encouragement and 'aid-and-comfort' he gave to the enemies during time of war in Vietnam.
