What exactly is Kerry trying to say? That he meant that if you don't study hard, you will become a President who will get bogged down politically in Iraq? That just doesn't make sense and is a VERY weak excuse.
Especially when you remember GWBush has better grades and higer entrance exam scores than Kerry.
