Apparently dims are never capable of actually saying what they "mean" to say. Or, as I suspect, they say exactly what they mean to say and then realize they shouldn't have said it.

In any case, what it all boils down to is, the 'Rats should just STFU if they want to have any hope. If you can't say what you mean or mean what you say, you're pretty useless, IMO. A good description of 'Rats everywhere.
