Perhaps in the UK they have their own version of Jamie Gorelick (sp?) who has gone out of her way to erect walls that prevent different agencies from talking to one another and sharing information?

Obviously you fail to understand that surrounding him with the love, kindness, understanding and tolerance of the nice British people will change him into a good, ordinary citizen who walks to church on Sunday, tends his rose garden, sings in the local glee club, shops at his local farmers' market, and spends a few evenings a week quietly reading the works of Shakespeare. Any good Liberal can tell you this.
