Unfortunately, the ad that trumpets his zero rating from environmental groups that Brown has out now is a back breaker.

It shall be interesting to see if the challenge to Brown's technical qualification flies in the courts.

If he wins and disqualified, Poochigian shouldn't automatically be declared the victor. I would imagine Arnold would appoint to fill a vacancy and a special election may have to be held.

However, I expect the courts will say the Secretary of State is to blame, that people voted in good faith for Brown, etc., etc. and they'll let Brown slide in.

At this point, the lawsuit will not help Poochigian--they lost that round in court on October 24th. The case will be heard after the election and if Brown is found ineligible, Arnold will appoint someone of his choosing. Per the State Constitution, there would be no new election.

More here.

The last line in Ben Stein's ad for Poochigian is "..he's the one that's not the flake".

Moonbeam's latest, 50 cal, BMG ad is a hoot.

No surprise that Brown failed to mention that this puppy has never even been suspected to have been used in the commission of a crime (outside government paperwork).

Most gang bangers don't prefer a 37 lb. weapon, costing $8K, that won't fit in their waist band or under their front seat.

Hold it! Hold it vato! Give me a minute to get my gun off the truck, assemble it, put on my ear protection and set up the tripod. Then we'll see who's a pendeja!
