I do what I want or what the students want. They're all people who love art and had to give it up for career and family, etc, and finally have time to come back to it and re-discover themselves. It is a rewarding job. Some of these people are very good and some find they haven't lost their touch.

It is amazing how in midlife we can find these things if not known earlier. My own journey was one of not having a clue about my creative side.
Except for the dancing, I did nothing like that or had time. Iwas involved in debate, science, math etc.
When I finally left the professional world of corporate & money, I had time to get into nature & find some things out about myself. People just live such fast paced & busy lives..and I am one of them in many ways...but now I am doing things I like & are me, rather than fitting into some mold the world expects.
Good for you for helping these who are investigating their abilities & nurturing their creative side
