I'm not a natural pessimist, but this election will probably result in gains for Dems. However if they don't win enough to assume control of congress, look for more paranoid theories about voting machines being rigged and "minorities" being intimidated. One more failed election and many members of the Donkey Party might go full bore loco. Heres hoping.

I did when I was a 20-something in college; voted absentee even...'course that was in 1979-83 was voting for President Reagan. :)

Democrats have been screaming about rigged voting machines for several years. All their claims are just so much BS. Introduce me to someone who claims that he/she can rig or hack the voting machines and they will have introduced me to a liar.
