I just called his office and EXPLODED..told him my nephew was a STUPID American that was serving in IRAQ!! The poor fellow who answered the phone had NOTHING he could even say.......I told him he needed to quite that job and work for someone decent!!!!

He went over and was almost totally shunned. They had to MAKE some soldiers from Massachusetts go over and meet with him, so he could get his live-shot. Then he tried to get some of the soldiers to trash talk the war.

Is it possible this is a slam on President Bush and not the military? I just thought the "you" in "you get stuck in Iraq" may be referring to the President.Doesn't work...President Bush has a university education and Horse Face knows it. Kerry was talking about the military. There IS the remote possibility that he was aiming for President Bush, but missed the target and hit our military instead.

Excellent reply. I was an Army man myself and thinking of the street level tactical decisions that are made in combat by our young officers and NCOs. Are not many of our naval officers trained on the ins and outs of nuclear reactors? I'd wager that those boys are head and shoulders above in the smarts department when compared to some birkenstock wearing, hemp shirt clad, dreadlock having GLBT studies major with a minor in Global Warming studies.

I have a BSCE, a PE License, a great family, and doing quite well, thank you AND I'm heading overseas to .... IRAQ! I'm a college grad and I've been to OIF 3 times!
