Sen. Hillary Clinton spoke to a group of about 40 LGBT leaders and elected officials last Wednesday at a meeting organized by Gary Parker, founder of the Greater Voices Coalition of New York City's progressive LGBT political clubs.
...she would support the New York State legislature if it legalized same sex marriage.
She stated the progress of almost all LGBT issues to flipping control of the Congress on Nov. 7...

Et voila.
If people knew about this...
it wouldn't make one bit of difference.
Must resist the thought.....must not get mental picture....must resist...
No, actually it would.
I have never seen her take the position of supporting same sex marriage at any level of government before.
Most Americans do not support same sex marriage...about 65% don't support it.
And over 65% of blacks do not support same sex marriage
In a fairly informal Q&A discussion, Sen. Clinton said she would work to repeal the militarys Dont Ask, Dont Tell policy, she would support the New York State legislature if it legalized same-sex marriage, and that she thought using the terms "civil unions" or "domestic partnerships" instead of "marriage" was the best strategy for getting equal benefits for same-sex couples across the country.
I need to go to the Traditional Values Coalition website more often like I used to.
It seems that they have some of the best info there...from time to time.
Hillary, Queen of Sodom
sure, in a referendum vote on that specific issue - I agree. But the people who would vote for Hillary for president, don't care enough either way on this issue alone, to swing them. are you telling me 65% of african americans are going to now vote against her? of course not.
Homosexualagenda ping.
No, no, no, CUDDLED!!!
Wherever there is a vote, this witch will go....
Oooops I mean martin_fierro.
I remember one poll showing that it would pull about 20% of African-Americans away from a Democrat that supported same sex marriage.
Hillary's best political work is always done behind closed doors where the old, wink, wink, nudge, nudge, say no more, say no more strategy brings the potential trouble makers into line with implied future favors.
Of course, this approach also makes it easier to deny any "understandings" were ever arrived at should it becomes necessary to betray the promises further down the line.
Over the years, the Clinton's have perfected the art of gaining the support of potentially troublesome special interest groups. It is a four part process -
1) hold informal and, if possible, secret talks and promise to implement the groups agenda if they support your election.
2) Once elected, try to buy off the group by appointing it's leaders to well paid but meaningless posts at the public trough.
3) If step 2 isn't working, try and ignore the group in hopes that they will give up and go away.
4) If they won't go away, use everything from government legal action and financial audits to MSM leaks to personally destroy the personal lives and reputations of those in the group who are proving most troublesome.
Sen. Clinton Huddles With Gay Leaders
At least three times a week, sometimes more.
Is that the real-life not-so-ambiguously day duo?
