Fairbanks used to be on the list, #4, but the City Fathers got it removed from the list altogether on a technicality, bad for tourism. BTW, one of last week's murder victims was identified this weekend. There is a problem with the fingerprints of the second victim.
Fairbanks? Fairbanks? Seems odd that a small city in the middle of the Alaskan wilderness would have such problems.
