I tend to disagree.

Phoenix is inundated with graffiti, shootings, roadrage, rapes, school lockdowns, etc.

graffiti? not exactly a violent crime. more a quality of life annoyance.

You are definatley right about road rage. It is really is a problem. Seriously. I don't mean that sarcastically. I can not believe how much of it there is here.

I pulled out on to the boulevard with a speed limit of 35 mph. A guy was doing 50 mph and I could not tell. Of course, he thought I pulled in front of him. He blared his horn as he passed the cut in front of me and totally locked up his brakes.

Instead of breaking. I hit the accelerator hard and smashed into the back of his car, smashing up the back of it real bad. My air bag went off and I was not hurt. But he apparantly had bad whiplash.

I got out of my car and went to his driver side door, opened it, grabbed him by the collar and yanked him out of his truck and right the ground where I gave him a good hard kick in the ribs (later finding out I broke two of them and punctured his lung).

I just can't believe how enraged that guy got just cause I pulled out in front of him. I mean really, some people's behavior is just over the top.
