Democrats fear the storm could leave them high and dry From Tom Baldwin in Washington

Party is worried that the precdicted hurricane will just fizzle out

PUNDITS predict that the Republicans will be swept from power on Capitol Hill on November 7 by an elemental force of voter anger aimed at President Bush and Congress. Some are forecasting a “Democrat tsunami”, while Charlie Cook, the pre-eminent American election guru, talks of a “Category 5 hurricane”.

The real headline should be:

"Media-created firestorm may burn out on election Day."

"Will Lamestream Liberal Media attempt to whip up voter fury using biased anti-Bush and anti-GOP stories pan out? Voters might not be buying the media's bias, and Democrats fret voters may slip away from them when they think long and hard about voting."

"resurrection from the grave and election fraud law suits will be for most on their minds."

I have been saying for a while that the election fraud, followed by the press calling the election questionable, followed by the lawsuits will be like nothing we have ever seen.

The court challenges will cause this thing to not be settled until sometime next year. I hope the repub's are ready for it.
