This movie opens this week for limited screens. I think this is a risky move on leftists part, because it may ignite a blacklash from independent-mind voters as this movie provides a window of what is in leftists' mind.

LOL! Do yourself a favor...NEVER READ WHAT PEOPLE HAVE TO SAY about politics on IMDB.com. It's maddening and frightening. It's easy to just assume these are just kids posting, but I fear alot of them are not.

Yes, I agree with you .. and the risky move is that people will see that the leftist's SOLUTION for their political problem is DEATH TO THE OTHER GUY. Not very democratic if you ask me.

I'm a little surprised the reviews didn't call it "The Best movie in Years," and the reviewers aren't calling for Oscars all around.

I'm proud to live in a country where the government can't prevent the release of a fictional film depicting the assassination of the real-life president," Suppose this had been a fictional film where the KKK assassinated all their "undesirables"? Would he be proud of the country?

For what it's worth, the TomatoMeter at www.rottentomatoes.com gives this movie a 33%.

Nahhhh. I doubt if more than 10% of the population even knows this joke of a movie exists.

The actor's face has been digitally replaced by George W. Bush's. Suppose this had been a fictional account of the assignation of the Dixie Chicks with the actor's faces being digitally replaced with the real Chicks? What do you think they would have done? Sued? Called it "hate speech"? Been proud to live in a country that allowed it?

I would never..never...ever condone or pay to see a movie that shows the assassination of a sitting President. It's too horrendous when it happens in real life. You gotta to be some kind of freaking moron to dream-up such a negative idea and even stupider yet to think that it has any value artistic or otherwise. This crap is guerrilla theater whose sole purpose is to incite and propagandize the political notion that President Bush is the root cause of all of the world's problems.

Actually, many on the left join conservatives in saying that the film goes too far. That is a good thing.
