This article doesn't fully know what it's talking about--not unusual for WND. The first line says. New York OKs crossdressers to use facilities of their choice. Then, the rest of the article deals with the law about restroom accommodations for the "transgendered". Cross-dressing, is completely different from becoming transgendered. WND really needs to "report," if that's what you want to call what it regurgitates, accurately. This kind of stuff helps maintain their current aura of worthlessness. WND: Worthless iNDeed.

I don't get it, either. Transgenders and Transvestites who go out are normally expected to use the women's restroom. Gender support groups have elaborate rules regarding that behavior like Transvestites have to use the ladies room when dress but are not permitted to stand when urinating. Most of those rules are in place for the comfort of the genetic women.I can't imagine things are all that different in New York. I think the big problem in this case is how unladylike this particular trans is. I can't help but wonder if there's more to the case.....like the trans was crossing the behavior line while in the women's room.
