The man is warped in his soul. He believes that the
Clintons and Bush family have developed some sort of
consortium and political syndicate together. For the
next several years, they will stiff-arm the rest of
the political world and alternate family members to
the Presidency. Hillary is next, then followed by
Jeb.
The man may have some manic issues.

Well, it has been Bush, Clinton, another Bush, and now possibly another Clinton. (God forbid)

And btw, Savage is far from being the only person who thinks that there is some sort of connection between the two. (not an alliance, but some type of connection) Perhaps more people should look into what reportedly took place in Mena, Arkansas, in the 80's, that involved both Clinton and Bush Sr.

I'll put on my flame suit now, as undoubtedly I will be tarred and feathered for even mentioning that. And *no*, I'm not a liberal.
