But 9/11 halted the Bush-Fox plans for that. So he scaled it back, and it was still utterly disgraceful, and DOA in the House thanks to Duncan Hunter, Sensenbrenner et al. Savage opposes all illegal immigration, anchor babies, and supports the Minutemen and deportations. Find me "left-wingers" who support these views. Bush's views are closer to MECha and La Raza than to "right-wing" positions.
