i was an ins agent assigned to the chicago district during the seventies and early eighties-back then even,carpentersville was swarming with illegals-like elgin,aurora,joliet,hanover park,addison,etc,etc-i can't imagine what it's like today-it was like shoveling sand against the tide-no matter how many we locked up,they poured right back in- these days "ICE" doesn't even seem to try-retired within a week of becoming eligible-who needed to run in place for a government(clinton administration)that was actually trying to subvert our mission??
And nothing has changed in the six years since Clinton left office.
