I would love to see Ed Rendell get his old job back and send Dean back to Vermont.

I actually gained some respect for Ed Rendell in 2000 when he was telling Al Gore to quit during the election fiasco.

Thanks Tamzee. That piece of excrement in Harrisburg has to go in November. I wish Swann would hammer home the seizing of senior and younger taxpayers' home for property tax delinquency. Especially since those taxes have more than doubled in most areas.

I would love to see Ed Rendell get his old job back and send Dean back to Vermont...Never happen - Rendell made the unforgivable mistake of suggesting that Gore had actually lost the 2000 election and should give up his divisive battle to scam a win through the courts (thought not in those exact words, of course).....

By the way, what was the name of his counterpart? The republican. I remember they use to go on interviews together quite often.

Thought this article might help... it's a great one to paste onto email and spread the word :-)

...the name of his counterpart?...don't think I can help - my favorite RNC Chair from the recent past was the feisty Haley Barbour (sp?), now governor of Mississippi, but I think he was gone by 2000 - maybe somebody else knows......

The reason that might tend to resonate bit more is this Rendell quote:
"The only ones I want to hear speaking up and complaining about immigration are the Native Americans who we screwed".
If you think that one through, he doesn't support our immigration laws, he doesn't support the rights of American citizens to determine who else should become a citizen, and he doesn't support the very government that makes him a 'governor'".
To: Tamzee
I will vote against him, but unfortunately "fast Eddie" will probably win. Again.

Anyone checking to see if Eddie has managed to suppress the military vote again?

Thanks! How you doing?
We're struggling here a bit getting rid of Rendell... might have helped if Swanny had made a bunch of futuristic, robotic, muscled hero movies, eh? ;-)

I actually got his autograph while waiting for a connecting flight in Pittsburgh many moons ago. He was sitting there quietly minding his own business and I walked up to him and asked for his autograph and he obliged. :)
He is quite a gentleman, even though I am an avowed and devoted Dallas Cowboys fan. I just couldn't pass up an opportunity to meet him. :)
