Unless we nominate a Republican who can go for the jugular, Boxer ain't going anywhere. Boxer will have a mammoth war chest. If we really want to take her down, it'll require more than just the right candidate although that will help a great deal.

A strong and unapologetic candidate and a wealthy candidate. Our best candidate we ever put up against her was Bruce Herschensohn back in 1992 when she first ran, the two candidates since were Mr. Nice Guys (Matt Fong in '98; Bill Jones in '04). She ate them both for lunch.
