Maybe not, They are probably using this case as a way to get a ruling stating that anyone is allowed to protest anywhere they want regardless of local laws or permit restrictions and to put on a face of support for both sides of the aisle. I am sure they could care less about this Christian's rights, but they probably want judicial precedent stating that any leftist mob can protest on the doorsteps of a Church or Synagogue.

Agree, every now and then they have to take on one of those Christian thingies to help keep the funds coming in. Or, at the very least, they can use these lawsuits to prove that they take on other than liberal causes in their endless litigations. Either reason amounts to the same thing
