And by way of comment; Bolivia will NOT get the seat. The U.S. and its allies recognize that Evo Morales is a Chavez lapdog. If a compromise candidate is found -- and Guatemala may actually end up staying in the race to eventually win -- look for the Dominican Republic or Costa Rica (both acceptable to the U.S.) or possibly Uruguay (less desirable to the U.S. but a solution we could eventually live with if it comes down to it).
