Well, I didn't hear the radio interview so can't really comment on him saying homosexual fellatio it isn't sex. But if he was referring to the custom of kissing the genitals--I really don't think it is. They aren't doing it for sexual gratification, it is just a bizzare custom they practice.

I'm with you all the way on clinton's inexcusable excuse, but in the case of the Webb book I'd have to read the paragraphs on either side of it to really be able to exclaim "Pedophilia Promoter!" and damn him.
