Absolutely. It may be unconstitutional; but it's definitely insane.
The dystopian harbinger of the hillary jackboot.

Varying by state, there are regulations prohibiting children under 14 from using tanning beds. Arizona, Illinois and Ohio require parental permission for anyone under 18 and the trend is growing.
Tatoos, bad for children. Suntans, bad for children. Abortion, no restrictions, at any cost.
Why is abortion so popular with these people?

..The polls I've seen have shown a clear plurality for Prop 85 and that is a comfort.
..I'm amazed that you can not give a underage child an ASPIRIN fer chrissake!!..but you CAN take her for an abortion without telling the parents. Prop 85 simply states that no doctor can proform and abortion on a minor child until 48 hours after notifying the parents. Simple enough.
..Now the hue and cry springs up...But what about all the abusive, incestuous fathers out there ?? Glad you asked. It will be easy to go to the court if there is danger to the young girl.
..The problem is less one of abortion than statutory rape. In the vast majority of cases the pregnant girl has been impregnated by a male over 18. Typicaly [sic], Planned Parenthood..and other abortion providers..do not report statutory rape to the DA as they should. They think it's a privacy issue. It is covering up a crime, that's all it is.
..The way things are now, a young man can get an underage girl pregnant and then take her to an abortion clinic and get rid of the evidence without notifying the girl's parents. I think the parents have a right to know what their child is doing. They are, after all, responsible for their child. The rights of parents are steadily being erroded. Prop 85 will re-establish the primacy of the Parents in the health decisions of their minor children.
