They can't. It's a Federal judge. Hopefully Ohio is ready with instantaneous appeals on the basis of the Arizona ruling.
I know this is going to get appealed, mostly because we have a Secretary of State who has intestinal fortitude (thank you, Ken Blackwell!) and isn't cowed by these moonbats. Funny, I've known that we had to have ID to vote about a month or so prior to the election yet only NOW do we get this from these cheating, leftist groups, close to the election.
