Yep. But according to him, it was not sexual abuse and supposedly normal practice. Yeah, whatever. And, for the record, it was Bangkok where this supposedly took place. Not Viet Nam or (as I thought I had heard) the Philippines.

I also read elsewhere on FR that Webb says that homosexual fellatio sex isn't really sex. (Sickeningly reminiscent of Clinton saying oral sex isn't really sex).
Anyway, if actually having sex isn't sex, why were the Democrats so outraged at Foley who wrote about sex with young males but didn't have have sex?
