Even if I wanted to, which I do not, I would not tangle with the combined empires of Emily Post and Miss Manners.
Frankly, manners and protocol are something we could use a lot more of, in this increasingly rude world.

Just kidding, I agree we can use more manners, some folks removing other peoples heads without permission for example. But I don't see why elected politicians get to drag around monikers that they no longer have any right to.
