Mark Levin said he was there in the Regan Admin and Webb was fired as Sec of the Navy after about 8 months.
I read something here the other day where Webb is claiming he quit.
On his website, he claims to have resigned over an issue related to reduced funding for the Navy.
He was also in another position in the administration, and quit THAT one after about 3 years. He has a habit of quitting when things are not going his way.
