You know what is truly sad and pathetic???

I am a staunch Republican, but your statement shows what a sad state of affairs we are truly in. Here we are in the middle of a WAR, and the selection of one political party over another actually makes a difference in our national security and the direction of the war.

Perhaps I am being idealistic, but one would hope that EITHER party would have America's best interest at heart, and that the only difference between the parties would be on domestic issues.

Truly sad.

That said... VOTE REPUBLICAN!!!!

There is a dearth of statesmen, not only in the US, but around the world.

We are all the worse off for it, too.
