I've always said she was dumber than a bag of hammers.

Bill is significantly more politically astute (not neccessarily smart) than she. Every major political and non-sexual blunder of his administration has Hillary's hamfisted fingerprints all over it.

The list goes on but Hillary is all over his biggest mistakes. The more time she spends in public the worse she does because she's a strident leftwing nut who just cannot help herself.
