Depending on the distance to target, 10-20 minutes I think.

All depends on range, but no one is more than 30 minutes from eternity.

If they are reasonably close, maybe 8 minutes, maybe less. (Depressed trajectory shot). If they are dockside in the US, about 30 minutes. Time enough for Little Kim to bend over and kiss his A$$ goodbye.
