Oh no they're giving Mikey an audience.........

In addition, look for enhancements to 'NASCAR RaceDay,' 'NASCAR Victory Lane' and the addition of a live audience to the popular and long-running 'Inside Nextel Cup.'"

MONTOYA DEFINITELY NEEDS A BIGGER HELMET TO FIT HIS HEAD INTO.

“It was pretty wild to be honest,” he said of his debut.

With two ARCA RE/MAX Series events under his belt and now his first in NASCAR out of the way, Montoya explained that he still has to get used to the way team’s spotters work with their drivers because the incessant, often times unnecessary contact was a little hard to swallow, adding, “It feels like kindergarten.”

"I turned around a couple of guys, I was on the inside of them and they still turn into me. I got to a point, you know, the second time I thought, is it me doing something wrong. I thought if you were on the inside of somebody, you're on the race line. Especially with the second one, with the 18, half a car inside and he's still just came in like I wasn't there. I didn't want to spin people around today but I could have passed ten more cars today if I would have been more aggressive."

Crew chief Brad Parrott who has guided Montoya’s transition on track added, “I think it was a great run. We came here to win the race. For his first outing he did a great job. I think he learned a lot.”
