having said that, Tom Kean is an unimpressive pompous idiot. I can understand some effort to disassociate himself from the Administration in a liberal state. But Kean takes it to the point of offending republicans. He is inarticulate - and he is too stupid to keep the focus on Menendez and corruption. Hell, in a state upset by Corzine's tax increases, Kean isn't even talking taxes. He is an idiot.
I guess I'll vote for Kean, also; though I, too, think that he's a dull-normal, stumbling, empty suit. Listen to his speech pattern: it's clearly that of a person of limited cognitive powers. Like father, like son.
