The use of tactical nuclear weapons has not been ruled out in such a campagin. They would be used if North Korea ever invades the south.
Let the South Koreans beat them. Let's get our boys the hell out of there.
The young South Koreans mostly hate us or at least distrust us. Let them fight for their own freedom.
Our boys don't deserve to be the tripwire for a bunch of ingrates. Besides, South Korea can certainly afford to arm to smash the North and has had some 50 years to prepare for it.
Stand and deliver.
