Hello,
I believe he made a statement, but don't remember if he has been asked specifically if he was or was not taking his meds. MJF admitted in his book that he deliberately went of his meds before going before the Senate to discuss his disease in the past, so it is certainly possible. (BTW: On local radio this AM, McCaskill stated that the results of someone being off their meds is the inability to move at all.)
