Many people suffer from incurable diseases, but they do not require others to die so that they may live

Who are these "others" you refer to? You act as though the ammendment was authorizing forced organ donations. The zygotes at the fertization clinics are going to be destroyed regardless. It's stupid to assume dumping them in the bio waste container is a more noble "death". To follow your logic, you must be a vegetarian. For many animals show more humanness and consciousness than a zygote. How can you bitch and moan over a few cells when you slaughter cattle and pigs? Heck I wouldnt be suprised if your veggies have as much consciousness as your zygotes.

Life is precious, but only human life is human life. It is from the right of existence that all freedoms hail. Never is it noble to destroy innocent human life in "fertility clinics" or elsewhere.

As for the rest of your rant, well sir, you don't know me, and I don't know you. But your numerous posts on this subject convey a rage that can deaden one's soul. If you weren't advocating the use of human beings as guinea pigs, I'd feel sorry for you.

I can agree with this, yet what is the alternative? If these embryos are being made in fertlility clinics and then not implanted in the woman, there is no way to regulate that they be donated to science. So, what is the answer?
